Lisa is both a certified paralegal, formerly supervising the foreclosure departments at two of Long Island's largest firms, and an experienced licensed process server. Lisa is conscious of the street smarts required to appropriately serve papers, in addition to having the knowledge of the mandates that your firm requires legally.

The Staff at Accu-Serve is that of experienced legal clerks. Our senior staff includes Jodi Fallick and Grace Masone, with over 17 years in the service of process industry. The remaining in-house staff members are also dedicated, honest, reliable and with extraneous legal references.

With this legal experience, Lisa and Staff utilize their expertise in handling a large quantity of foreclosure work and subsequent evictions. Additionally, this legal experience allows the company to handle large quantities of any landlord-tenant practices throughout Long Island and the five boroughs. We specialize in collection work with a large team to expedite any quantity of papers. Our company checks are accepted by all civil and district clerks within Long Island and the Five Boroughs.

Our management system has been designed with your specific needs in mind. It tracks the progress of each case, from service of process to the affidavit, while maintaining all pertinent data. We are able to handle your work in a fully automated fashion..from your system directly to ours. This improves accuracy, reduces manual data entries for both, and expedites the overall workflow. In addition, the website allows you full access to our data for real time status and any documentation required, i.e. a copy of filed affidavit. This has all been designed by our in-house IT department.
