Process Service is undoubtedly a business of both legal smart and street smart individuals and a unique combination as such mandates a company as experienced as ours. To effect process appropriately, both the statute governing that type of law and safety issues of the street must be honored. It is an empowering business to our staff at Accu-Serve as each matter is handled with hands on expertise from the clerical aspect to the legal aspects all the way to the street. The capabilities of the Process Servers are hand in hand with our legal in-house staff to ensure the service is handled appropriately.

We currently have 18 process servers with us, manned by our head-server Mr. Medina, a retired New York detective. The process servers are run through the consumer affairs bureau in addition to other background checks, leaving Accu-Serve with the best of the best. In addition, a large percentage of them only serve for Accu-Serve as we are a uniquely honest company.
