Carolyn Ciulla
Supervisor
Carolyn Ciulla has a vast knowledge of all Landlord/Tenant statutes, an extensive understanding of court proceedings and acts as the liaison of the office to the servers for their proficient and effective service. Ms. Ciulla is also responsible for all collection accounts and is well versed in the legalities of all aspects of process including foreclosure matters.  Before joining Accu-Serve Ltd in 2004 as a Legal Assistant where she focused on collections Ms. Ciulla spent 10 years as an Administrative Assistant and Research Coordinator for The New York Hospital-Cornell Medical Center.  Ms. Ciulla earned an AS from St. John’s University and is a graduate of the New York School of Medical Assistants.

Carmen Sanabria
Landlord/Tenant – Legal Assistant
As a Legal Assistant, Carmen Sanabria assists Carolyn Ciulla in all aspects of Landlord/Tenant matters.  Prior to joining Accu-Serve Ltd in 2009 Ms. Sanabria worked for a non-profit organization as an intake specialist.  Ms. Sanabria has a BA in Business Administration from Arkansas Tech University and is a New York State Notary Public.

Dana Geller
Foreclosure – Specialist
As a Foreclosure Specialist, Dana Geller is responsible for all aspects of the Foreclosure business as well as skip traces and investigations. Ms. Geller has a broad expertise of the statutes that govern the foreclosure industry as well as the applicable court procedures. Ms. Geller handles out of state services in addition to foreign services. Ms. Geller also acts as a liaison with the process servers and handles diversified areas of the law.  Ms. Geller joined Accu-Serve Ltd in 2003. Ms. Geller is a New York State Notary Public.

Ciara Pettaway
Foreclosure – Legal Assistant
As a Legal Assistant, Ciara Pettaway assists Dana Geller with all aspects of the Foreclosure business.  Ms. Pettaway joined Accu-Serve Ltd in 2009 but has been working in the process serving industry since 2007.  Her prior experience as a Case Manager and Team Leader has given her diversified knowledge of the inside operation and the outside mandates of the servers.

Louisa E. Carlino
Paralegal - Research
As a Legal Assistant, Louisa E. Carlino performs research and administrative activities.  Before joining Accu-Serve Ltd in 2008, Ms. Carlino served as an assistant to a private investigator where she performed in depth research of individuals, businesses, organizations and properties.  Their specialty was fraud detection.  Ms. Carlino earned an Associate degree in Liberal Arts and a paralegal degree from Hofstra University.  Ms. Carlino is a New York State Notary Public.

Angela Ciano
Archival Specialist - Legal Assistant
As a Legal Assistant, Angela Ciano is primarily responsible for archiving and maintaining the company’s documents as well as various administrative activities.  Ms. Ciano joined Accu-Serve Ltd in 2007.

Barbara Devoti
Finance - Accounting Manager
As the Accounting Manager, Barbara Devoti is responsible for all of the company’s financial functions.  Ms. Devoti has been with the company since its inception and has been fundamental in the company’s growth. Prior to joining Accu-Serve Ltd, Ms. Devoti spent many years as an educator. Ms. Devoti earned a Master's Degree from Purdue University.

Chuck Iregbulem
Finance - Billing Representative
As the Billing Representative, Chuck Iregbulem is responsible for financial reporting and client billing.  Mr. Iregbulem joined Accu-Serve Ltd in 2007 as a Legal Assistant where he focused on collections.  Mr. Iregbulem received a BS in Business Administration from Farmingdale State University.

Louis Chibbaro
Information Technology – Director
New to the industry, Louis Chibbaro has over 15 years of years of IT experience.  As the Director of IT Mr. Chibbaro plans to revamp the overall IT structure of Accu-Serve Ltd in order to best position the company to achieve its long term goals and objectives.  Prior to joining Accu-Serve Ltd in 2009 Mr. Chibbaro was the Regional IT manager for an architectural firm.  Mr. Chibbaro earned a BS in Architecture.

Stephanie A. Williams
Information Technology – Data Analyst
New to the industry, Stephanie A. Williams has over 15 years of IT experience.  As a Data Analyst Ms. Williams will work with the Director of IT to enhance the overall structure of Accu-Serve Ltd from a technical standpoint in order to best position the company to achieve its long-term goals and objectives.  Prior to joining Accu-Serve Ltd in 2009 Ms. Williams worked for various financial institutions as a Data Analyst and Help Desk Manager.  Ms. Williams earned an AAS in Marketing and a BA in Business Management.
