Barbara Devoti has been with the company since its inception and has been an integral part of all areas of operation. She earned a Master's Degree from Purdue University and has spent many years as an educator. She is presently the Accounting Manager for Accu-Serve.
Jodi Fallick
Court Services Supervisor
Jodi has been with Accu-Serve, Ltd., for 8 years and in the process serving business for 15 years. She has an extensive background in landlord/tenant , and is very knowledgeable on the foreclosure process. Jodi is now the supervisor of our court service department and is an asset to our company.
Grace Masone
Collections Supervisor
Grace Masone has been working in the Process Services industry for over 17 years, the last seven of which have been with Accu-Serve, Ltd. She is a true industry professional who is able to provide the highest level of service to our clientele by utilizing her prior and current work experience in performing affidavit preparation, data entry and communication skills in a knowledgeable and professional manner on a daily basis. She is also a New York State Notary Public.
Dana Geller
Legal Assistant
Dana has been employed with Accu-Serve since January 2003. She oversees the Foreclosure and Litigation Department and handles Consumer Credit Transaction as well as other various areas of the law. Dana handles all upstate and out of state as well as downstate matters. Her responsibilities include but are not limited to date entry, skip traces and investigation, affidavits of due diligences, status reports and has excellent one on one client contact. She is also a New York State Notary Public.
Carolyn Ciulla
Legal Assistant
Carolyn is a graduate of The New York School of Medical Assistants and also attended St. John's University. She worked for 10 years at The New York Hospital-Cornell Medical Center as an Administrative Assistant and also in the capacity of Research Coordinator for the Division of Pediatric Urology. Carolyn is currently employed with Accu-Serve as a legal assistant for two years. Her responsibilities include collection accounts as well as foreclosure matters. She has excellent computer skills which include but is not limited to managing the FTP site as well as status reports for our clients.
Cindy Laurent
Legal Assistant
Cindy Laurent is a graduate of John Jay College of Criminal Justice. She graduated in 2003, earning a B.A. in Criminal Justice, Honors in English and a Minor in Government. Cindy Laurent currently specializes in the Landlord/tenant department of Accu-serve. She also handles various areas of the law which include and are not limited to Matrimonial matters, Child custody, Wills and Estate and etc. Cindy Laurent has been on board with the team at Accu-serve for over two years. Her experience in this area of law has developed a great interest as a future attorney and has motivated her to pursue that goal.
Palma Appleton
Billing Representative
Palma Appleton attended Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, majoring in the areas of Business and Finance. She has worked extensively in the area of accounting for many years for a large CPA firm. Palma is currently Accu-Serve's Billing Representative for the past 2 years and utilizes such programs as Quick Books and Excel. She also has expertise in the field of Court Services.
Mikila Thompson
Legal Assistant
Mikila Thompson is responsible for all investigative searches and subsequent Affidavit of Due Diligence reports of all defendants of foreclosure proceedings. Ms. Thompson is a Licensed Real Estate Broker with over 9 Years experience in Commercial and Residential Real Estate and Acquisitions Analysis. She previously worked at JP Morgan, Investment Management as a Client Service and Recruiting Analyst in the Real Estate Investment Group. Ms. Thompson earned her B.A. in Political Science and Economics from Barnard College/Columbia University in 1998.
John Weidner
Software Engineer/Consultant
Mr. Weidner has fourteen years of experience in application development in a wide range of industries. He has been serving Accu-Serve on a regular part-time basis since January of 2006. Some of his contributions include automation of manual processes, electronic report and document generation, and development of software to capture digital images. He also assists in daily maintenance and system analysis. Building upon Accu-Serve's existing systems, John enables the company to adapt to shifting client and internal requirements.
