Carolyn Ciulla
Supervisor
Carolyn Ciulla has a vast knowledge of all Landlord/Tenant statutes, an extensive understanding of court proceedings and acts as the liaison of the office to the servers for their proficient and effective service. Ms. Ciulla is also responsible for all collection accounts and is well versed in the legalities of all aspects of process including foreclosure matters.  Before joining Accu-Serve Ltd in 2004 as a Legal Assistant where she focused on collections Ms. Ciulla spent 10 years as an Administrative Assistant and Research Coordinator for The New York Hospital-Cornell Medical Center.  Ms. Ciulla earned an AS from St. John’s University and is a graduate of the New York School of Medical Assistants.

Carmen Sanabria
Landlord/Tenant – Legal Assistant
As a Legal Assistant, Carmen Sanabria assists Carolyn Ciulla in all aspects of Landlord/Tenant matters.  Prior to joining Accu-Serve Ltd in 2009 Ms. Sanabria worked for a non-profit organization as an intake specialist.  Ms. Sanabria has a BA in Business Administration from Arkansas Tech University and is a New York State Notary Public.


Ciara Pettaway
Collections – Legal Assistant
As a Legal Assistant, Ciara Pettaway assists Carolyn Ciulla with all aspects of the Collection business.  Ms. Pettaway joined Accu-Serve Ltd in 2009 but has been working in the process serving industry since 2007.  Her prior experience as a Case Manager and Team Leader has given her diversified knowledge of the inside operation and the outside mandates of the servers.


Angela Ciano
Archival Specialist - Legal Assistant
As a Legal Assistant, Angela Ciano is primarily responsible for archiving and maintaining the company’s documents as well as various administrative activities.  Ms. Ciano joined Accu-Serve Ltd in 2007.

Edward Preuss
Accounting Manager
As the Accounting Manager, Edward Preuss is responsible for maintaining all of the company's financial functions.  Mr. Preuss is new to the industry but has over 10 years experience in Accounting and Finance Management.  Prior to joining Accu-Serve Ltd, Mr. Preuss spent many years working as an Accounting and Operations Manager in the Airline Industry.  Mr. Preuss is working to develop new programs and strategies to support the company's growth and continued success.  Mr. Preuss earned a Master's Degree in Corporate Finance and a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Dowling College.

Chuck Iregbulem
Finance - Billing Representative
As the Billing Representative, Chuck Iregbulem is responsible for financial reporting and client billing.  Mr. Iregbulem joined Accu-Serve Ltd in 2007 as a Legal Assistant where he focused on collections.  Mr. Iregbulem received a BS in Business Administration from Farmingdale State University.

Stephanie A. Williams
Information Technology
New to the industry, Stephanie A. Williams has over 15 years of IT experience.  Ms. Williams is working to enhance the overall structure of Accu-Serve Ltd from a technical standpoint in order to best position the company to achieve its long-term goals and objectives.  Prior to joining Accu-Serve Ltd in 2009 Ms. Williams worked for various financial institutions as a Data Analyst and Help Desk Manager.  Ms. Williams earned an AAS in Marketing and a BA in Business Management.
